"Camron was able to get insurance for me on my truck that many other places for 2 years! I've been trying to find better ins. OVERALL Which he provided for me .EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE he cut the COST $$$ of my old ins (IN 1/2)!!! NOT USAA wouldn't Prudential wouldn't Progressive wouldn't Hartford would not and then the only other outfit was Liberty via Safeco was overcharging me but the bottom line is you should give Cameron a shot over it State Farm in Antlers Oklahoma if you're having a hard time getting Insurance on something give him a chance HE TOOK THE TIME , & Explained to edu. Me, on my New policy.. I left out of there a. LIFE-ER & happy customer true statement ! go Cameron !! 10⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟ACROSS THE BOARD!"

"If I could leave 0 stars I would. We’ve been trying to contact this office for 2 weeks now, have showed up multiple times and all they do is take our number and say they will call back and have yet to get a call back. Absolutely do not recommend!"

"Kristina, I apologize for the experience you stated you have had in contacting our office the last few weeks. We always strive to ensure each of our customer’s requests are handled promptly and efficiently, yet occasionally circumstances prevent us from reaching that goal. Unfortunately, I cannot locate any policy in my office on which you are a named insured and thus, cannot speak about specific accounts on a public forum such as this. However, I would be more than happy to discuss it with you and the named insured, privately. We make every effort to ensure our customers are fully aware of any possible price changes on other active policies that may result from cancelling one with us. We advise all customers that we will let them know if cancelling the auto would affect any prices of their other active policies and will get back to them as soon as we are given the new price on the remaining policies. We do this so that there are not any unforeseen charges on their other active policies resulting from cancelling the auto such as the loss of the multi-line discount. However, since State Farm corporate actually processes the changes we submit and then advises us of the new amounts, we are forced to wait for them to act before we can give you the accurate, updated price. But rest assured, if we are asked to make any change to a policy, we will do so immediately. Additionally, we make it a priority to check and reply to every voicemail as soon as possible. After Brenda relayed your concerns to me yesterday, we made sure to double check all of the voicemails the last few weeks, yet I could not find where you had left one for me to call back. Unfortunately, since last Thursday, we have had two employees forced to quarantine due to Covid contact-tracing which has led to longer response times as well as forcing us to temporarily close our lobby. Likewise, the extraordinary snow storm that hit SE Oklahoma and North Texas two weeks ago has resulted in tens of thousands of additional claims, including many from our own customers, which has strained our resources even further. I deeply apologize for the delays and resulting frustration that these events have caused several of our customers. Also, I would very much like to speak with you privately so that I can address and alleviate any further concerns you may have. "Let me preface this by saying that I'm am not (technically) a client of this agency, but the son of one. I have been working with another State Farm agency in OKC, but had some issues come up with that agency. However, Cameron's agency was incredibly helpful in assisting me with something that wasn't even necessarily their business, and I couldn't me more thankful. Autumn is a wonderful representative and was very thorough in her work."

"I've had insurance with this company for many years. They are always so friendly and helpful and work with you to get the best deal possible. I've also had to use the roadside assistance program a few times in different cities and the service was always fast and friendly. If you need insurance for your home, car, renters insurance, life and I believe they have a form of health insurance as well, stop in grab a coffee or bottle of water and visit with Mr. Goodwin or the staff members they will really try to help you out!"

"Would not recommend to anyone. I went up to their office to cancel my insurance after months of them not taking my calls or calling back, and overcharging to have them lock the doors on me and call the cops. Really just to cancel inshurance. I have had problems with this office since the new management took over!"
